Pasta al dente, as it should be. My partner had the Tagliatelle al ragu and I didn't even get a bite because he annihilated it, that good! The wait staff are extremely knowledgeable about the Italian wines they serve, without any pretentiousness.Cheese and prosciutto plate, some of the best cheeses I've ever had, served at the perfect temperature to enjoy their flavors.Chocolate budino for dessert, couldn't have been more perfect, rich flavor but didn't feel heavy, some kind of magic. It's a family business with friendly but refined service. The setting is simple but cozy with focus on the food, wine, and plenty of room for dinner conversations. There was a small birthday party at one of the other tables.Gets quiet pretty early even on a Saturday night.
This under rated restaurant is consistently, goo and pleasurable
Had a(nother) great dinner at Enoteca Molinari! I went here for a birthday dinner, and Joe recommended several great wines. We got a glass of each and he was nice enough to split them into half glasses so both of us could easily try all of them. The food was also superb — the highlights for us this time were the arancini, zucchini and burrata starter, panna cotta and the budino. Thank you Joe and Angelo for a lovely meal.
One of my favorites. Joe at the wine and Angelo at the hot grill...unbeatable.
They know what they are doing with the food. Very good, authentic Italian. That’s why you might go. The atmosphere is nothing at all and the service is fine. People are nice and relaxed.Food: 5/5
