Holy Land - Oakland

We had Holy Land cater our wedding for approximately 40 guests, and it was fantastic. We ordered baked fish, falafel, rice, roasted potatoes, and a variety of salads and sides. Everyone raved about the food, and even though we were at an outdoor venue with heating candles, everything remained hot and flavorful. We would definitely choose Holy Land for catering again. Miri was wonderful to work with and assisted us in selecting the perfect menu for our event.

This restaurant is simply fantastic! Miri is incredibly friendly and a joy to work with. She catered a baby shower for my daughter, and we were absolutely thrilled with everything! The salads, pita, and falafel were all amazing, and the mint lemonade was wonderfully refreshing!

This restaurant offers the best Israeli and Mediterranean food I’ve ever had, even compared to what I’ve tasted in Israel, which is known for its amazing cuisine! The "Hummus Grand Combo" at Holy Land Restaurant is a must-try, and you can't miss their famous lemonade either. You will not be disappointed. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough!

Best falafel and sabich I've had outside of Israel and the tahini sauce is a classic. Come for the cheap, delicious food, and enjoy the occasionally mediocre service (which normally I find frustrating, but here it works). This hole in the wall is truly holy. תודה

So delicious! I've never had anything here that wasn't amazing. The falafel balls are absolutely everything a falafel ball should be! And try the mint lemonade! Yumm!
