The customer service at this restaurant is terrible, with both the staff and manager ignoring customers, never having anything in stock, and overcharging.

Chicken this time actually wasn't dry. The biscuit on the other hand very dry and hard.

This restaurant does not deserve any stars. The staff is the worst I have ever encountered, and the store itself is terrible. They are aggressive and do not seem to know their own policies. During my visit, I waited for 20 minutes only to be told that they had run out of sandwiches. This was not just a one-time bad experience, as it has happened to me three times at this location. It was truly the worst dining experience I have ever had.

This KFC location is the worst! They messed up my order two days in a row. When I called to try to get it fixed, I encountered a rude attitude and no assistance at all. I politely explained that I didn't receive part of the combo as advertised - a cookie and sauce. I was told that cookies are not part of the combo, despite it being advertised that way. The employee argued with me and hung up when I asked for clarification. When I called back, I was transferred multiple times. I would give this place one star if I could. The customer service is terrible, the food is terrible, and you will never get your sauce or cookies as promised.

I had the chicken sandwich. The chicken was very good but it could use a lil more sauce. The fries are the best of any place I've ever had.
