I requested my meal without sour cream and tomatoes, but they had to remake it and it still arrived with tomatoes. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I wasn't even able to place an order. A staff member rudely informed us that the lobby was closed and that we would have to use the drive-thru if we wanted to order. This was particularly frustrating after we had already waited in line behind others who were allowed to place their orders. Meal type: Other. Service: 1. Atmosphere: 1.
