Lena's Soul Food - Oakland

The food at this restaurant was amazing. The waitstaff were courteous, attentive, and efficient. The music played by KBLX was fantastic. I could see that the guests were thoroughly enjoying themselves. All in all, it was a wonderful dining experience.

The food was really delicious. The only complaint is that the food wasn't really hit. It was buffet style, everything was on warmers, but some of the items were warm, but a few items were actually cold.

The female staff members at the counter were not very professional. The manager working that day was also unprofessional and the atmosphere was loud.

No one to check us in at the door. They didn’t even know we had a reservation. Line was long. So we left and went to another restaurant.

The food was not cooked properly and lacked flavor. It was also overpriced.
