Contribuisci feedbackIf I had these 0 stars I would, the costume service is terrible, I ordered a pizza as well as crazy bread on DoorDash from them and the pizza came without sauce in it and the crazy sauce was also missing. I have contacted the small Caesars store I ordered from, and one of the employees has accused the door disc person for the missing items in the order, including the sauce in the pizza. Overall unprofessional staff and I don?t recommend ordering from this Little Caesars.
Ordered their pizza, which should have 100 slices of paprika for $9.99 you have it?s not true. The actual paprika the few that they have on tasteful ok. The rest of the pizza almost cut.
I gave them three stars because I couldn't call. The lady told me they were busy not answering phone calls. It would have been really convenient to answer the phone because the majority of people standing outside complained not to be able to call to make a decision. Once I got my 3-meat treatment and paprika with pineapple, I was disappointed because it didn't have enough meat or pineapple on it. I also noticed that an employee touched the money and had hardly washed his hands that gave me the feeling that I had to make my own pizza from now on. I can honestly say that I usually go on the day and have no complaints, but only this one night before graduation made me feel somehow. If you go to this restaurant, just pay attention.
Bad customer service! ZERO STAR. Today afternoon, I ordered a own made pizza for pick up. While I was walking to my car, I found the pizza was the wrong one. I ordered a thin crust pizza with no sauce, but they gave me the one with tomato sauce. My son doesn't eat tomato sauce! Then, I walked back to the store and asked them to make me another one. The cashier check the receipt on the box, and said you didn't select no sauce! I told her I did it. And I showed her the receipt on my phone. My receipt shows no sauce. She take a look, but she said it was my mistake, and told me to choose no sauce before checkout! OMG! After back and forward couple times, she told me to wait 15 mins to get another one. I was disappointed and I feel mad with her services. After 15 mins, I walked back to pick up. I asked her to give me her name. She didn't give me at that time but walk back to the kitchen and talk to her co-worker. I wait for 10 seconds and call her again. Finally, I get her name ,Jessica. I think the company has to provide customer service training for all employees. I don't think I will come back to these store Little Caesars Pizza Macarthur Oakland ,CA
I ordered a pizza and wanted to get some crazy bread as well. The cashier said that they were all out. I didn't think anything of it until I came back 15 minutes later to pick my pizza up and saw bags of it sitting there under the heat lamp, ready to be purchased.. I asked him if that, was in fact, crazy bread he said it was. I didn't purchase any at that point because I wanted a different type (the pepperoni ones) and didn't want to have to wait another 20 minutes or however long it takes. I was very disappointed with this location. I'm a loyal customer and have gone to various locations over the years. I do not see myself coming back to this one. DO BETTER, people! ?
