My husband and I started with the pretzel appetizer, and it came out piping hot, with a selection of sauces, so so good!!! We moved on to the main event, burgers! Just what we were in the mood for! BBQ Burger was just wonderfully cooked, and tasted top notch! Classic Burger! Divine!! Awesome flavor and just right amount of accompaniments! There is nothing we did not like about The Morrison! Our server, William, was fantastic as well! Very knowledgeable, carried on a great conversation as well! He was prompt in checking in on us, refilling our drinks, the whole sha-bang! If you are in the area, and you want a laid back atmosphere, with truly great food, and many options, you must make a stop to The Morrison, you will not be disappointed! Parking...there is on site parking, however, be advised it is a small parking lot, and it can be a bit tight
I love this place and how it is festively decorated, hip and welcoming. We had such a fun Happy Hour here with my sister. Dani took excellent care of us!My son smiled when he was offered a balloon. I liked my Black Smoke HH cocktail. The HH Smashburgers were delicious and the fries were perfect. The brussel sprouts with hazelnuts was a surprise hit. And that BREAD PUDDING is my new favorite dessert. We got it with the vanilla bean ice cream. You gotta get it. Can't wait to come back. Ask for Dani; she had stellar recommendations.
As first timers, we are extremely happy with the costumer service. We picked Morrison Atwater Village based on the photo of the bread pudding..that being said, we ordered the smash burger, with chili cheese fries, spicy chicken sandwich with sweet fries and a coconut margarita off of the happy hour menu.Subbed for Chili cheese fries sweet potato fries, both great. The smash burger is solid, but definitely add lettuce, tomato grilled onion..if that's your vibe. Spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, I would add sriracha on the side next time. The ciabatta bread was unique, not dry..habanero aioli was missing the heat but flavorful. Bread pudding was phenomenal, we will 100% order again. With an extra scoop of vanilla ice cream. The whiskey caramel needs to be sold in a jar. Bartender Jessica took care of us today. Amazing bartender very attentive, nice genuine. Jessica made us 2 drinks off their holiday menu they just released; the grinch elf on the shelf. If you're looking for holiday themed drinks that actually taste good..order asap! Apple pie mint cocoa in a cocktail..Overall, great experience. We will be back. I want to try more things on the menu:
Fantastic Find in LA Morrison!Had an amazing time at Morrison in LA! The Spicy Chicken Wings and Buffalo Wings were bursting with flavor, and the Smash Burger with fries was simply divine. But the highlight was our waiter, Keith, who provided the best customer service attentive, friendly, and made our experience extra special. Definitely a must visit spot for great food and even greater service!
What can I say? This is our favorite place to go. We love our server Arnold we absolutely adore. Marc and everyone is just super attentive and friendly. They really make us feel special. Outstanding food and ambience. Will always be coming back here as much as possible! They treat us like family. Must try the bread pudding! The best I've ever had.
