Peet's Coffee - Oakland

I absolutely love the Crispy Ham Swiss breakfast sandwich. The crispy bread pairs perfectly with the melting Swiss cheese and ham filling, creating a delicious combination. YUM!

The coffee was good, but the breakfast sandwiches at this restaurant were disappointing. There was only a small amount of bacon on both the Turkey Bacon Egg White Sandwich and the Bacon Cheddar Brioche, making it hard to taste. The buns were also rubbery and the bread on the Egg and Cheese sandwich was hard, as if it had been microwaved multiple times. It was a strange experience, as the food is usually better at the Alameda location.

The drink tasted like medicine and the coffee cake seemed undercooked, even though I typically enjoy it. I also requested oat milk but it tasted like soy.

Best iced coffee!! Peets coffee had my drinks ready fast!

I love Peet?s coffee, and I love Piedmont Avenue at 41st. Very artsy section of Oakland with a Bohemian flare to it. Lots of interesting shops to peruse and fascinating people to meet! Highly recommended! Enjoy!
