Subway - Oakland

The person called SUE That prepares the sandwiches is a very unpleasant and unprofessional person to deal with.I arrived to pick up only 2 subs and it took her 40 minutes with the store empty to prepare.It 's absolutely not fair with the costumer the wait time for an over priced sandwich.This has to be the worst franchise I 've been too in my entire life.I will try to contact corporate about this issue.People time is also important.Not only the workers making the sandwiches. SUE should not be working here !!

Really frustrated with the chinese lady on the counter . I guess she really need to relax and get a calm therapy. I usually don't put the reviews because i care about people's job but this time i can't help it. I literally don't even have more than 3 toppings but still they charge me 13. 22 dollars i can get a big meal with this much money . M never going to buy with this restaurant again . Guy's don't waste your money here .

I will say that this place keeps everything fresh. The girls who work there are very friendly and treat older people with love. i had the opportunity to speak with themif you complain about the hours the girls said it's not their fault, but the owners fault one girl said they can't stay longer if their schedule says they get off at 8, i don't blame them, but i blame the owners i think they do the most they can besides dealing wit the homeless and their bullshit.

I was hungry and my blood sugar dipped, which meant I had to get something quick to eat. Since my husband and I were near his home, my brother and I stopped in for a sandwich. I haven't been to Subway for almost 10 years.I usually get a deli sub elsewhere. I ordered the #23 Hotshot Italiano on a 6 whole wheat roll. Quite tasty and filling. Service was friendly and quick.Return visit? When I'm in the neighborhood; otherwise, it's a visit to my local Subway in Alameda.

Subway is subway, so I don't feel bad giving this entire restaurant a 1 star for service.This location DOES NOT honor coupons.They make their own rules, on top of the ones on the coupon in fine print. We were enticed by the franchise coupons that were mailed, only to be disappointed.Went to a different subway, and they honored the coupon and it's fine print. But what a waste of time. There's no reason to ever come to this subway.
