Charming walk-up window restaurant with a terrace and seating. Approximately half of the menu is vegan, providing great options for all. I tried the potato tostada, the Broccoli-Taco, and the Asparagus-Taco, while my partner had the vegetarian beans and cheese taco. We also shared chips and roasted tomato salsa, all of which were delicious. The standout dish was definitely the tostada, with each dish showcasing unique flavors and beautiful presentation. The only downside was the limited selection of non-alcoholic drinks, which only included coke, soda water, and water.

I love Natives and I frequent this restaurant often, especially as a vegan. They offer unique dishes like the Broccoli Taco with a peanut sauce, but most of the items on the menu change with the seasons. They prioritize using local ingredients, making it a farm-to-taco restaurant. Check their current menu on Instagram, where typically 2 to 4 items are vegan. The prices may seem high, like $6 for a tostada, but the portions are generous. The prices are fair and the ambiance is great, with amazing aromas. I do miss sitting on their terrace, which has been closed due to the pandemic. My only suggestion would be to add more plant-based protein options, like beans, to balance out the menu. On Sundays, they have a sorbet pop-up featuring quintessence sorbets which are all vegan. I highly recommend trying the pistachio flavor, as all of their sorbets taste fresh and delicious, without any fillers.

The well-seasoned vegetables and salsa on homemade tortillas are a standout at this restaurant. It's no wonder that the vegan tacos are a best-seller. Reviewed on August 17, 2021.

These and casa are my two favorite vegan taco spots. I think they change their menu frequently and the sauces are so delicious. I don't even like the beetles, but her beet-mol-tacco was dying! very recommended! also $4 per taco, 3 were filled, so a $12 meal is a steal! also from 6 tacos, 3 vegan, 2 vegetarian and 1 meat. rare to find this type of decisions!
