When we arrived there was about a 15-minute wait. There were several families waiting to be seated so considering thelevel of activity 15 minutes was not too bad to get a table. Every employee that we interacted with was nice and wanted to makesure we were taking care of. During our wait for our food we were able to pay attention to what was going on all around us. Iobserved smiling faces all the way around the room and employees smiling back. The food, as always, was large portions ofdelicious food. Everything I've ever had at a Black Bear diner has never let me down or anyone in my family. The food is made ofsome processed items and some freshly made without any if the ingredients that taste artificial. I would recommend thisrestaurant to anyone who likes to eat, has a big family, and if offers reasonable prices!!
This place is always packed, but when we do venture over the food is always amazing and the service phenomenal. Even in a fast paced restaurant they give each table a personal touch. Their to go orders are always neat and plentiful also.
Thank you Black Bear for saving our Thanksgiving. My wife and I were sick so we ordered our meal for take out and you provided a fantastic meal with generous portions. The turkey with gravy was perfect. That was as close to a home cooked meal as you canget! Our 12 year old loved it also. Again thanks from our family.
I wish would of been better since I brought my mom here for her birthday.. the service was terrible, our server never came back to give us utensils. We had to ask someone else for them. I had to get up and get our own napkins as well. When I got my food itwas already cold and my sister found a hair In her food.
Never disappointed in Black Bear diner. Great portions and we've loved the breakfast items. We come here every Sunday for family brunch. However, their take out items needs a little help.
