Butlers Reef Restaurant, Bar And Function Venue

Came in for valentines with my wife and wow wow wow wow! Service was awesome. Food was AMAZING AND WORTH EVERY CENT!!! This is now my go to spot for my wife and I. We had the baked muscles and mushrooms for our starters, then the steak with the surf and turf, pan seemed gurnard and lamb shanks. I had a food comma for about 3 days. I'm definitely going back. Thanks Chris!

Stopped in for a quick dinner on our way through to New Plymouth. Fast and friendly service, and GREAT food. I liked the option of the half portion sized meals and they even had my favourite, prawn twisters. Well worth a stop hospitality like it should be

Great atmosphere and service plus beautifully presented food at reasonable pricing, nice warm environment even on a cold wet day Would have rated higher if the seafood chowder wasn't so damn salty though the chicken wrap was excellent and the fries were spot on.

Less than delightful bar staff, but good atmosphere all the same. A friendly smile goes a long way.

We had the $20.00 fish and chip's with a beautiful salad and complimentary glass of wine. Best value for money I've ever seen. The staff were friendly and efficient and a nice atmosphere..
