The drinks were as fantastic as always, and I opted for a wrap, which was delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, with convenient parking and prompt service. My doctor's office is conveniently located nearby, so I plan to arrive early to have time to enjoy a meal at Tim's before my appointment.
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly unfriendly and sometimes rude. I often order through the mobile app, and when I pick up my order, they don't even acknowledge me or say anything. They simply place my order on the counter from the back and walk away, even when I thank them. I will not be returning to this establishment. It seems that many customers have had similar experiences with the poor customer service, including myself. The owner's responses seem automated, and it is clear that the root issue at this restaurant is the lack of proper customer service. Instead of asking customers to do more work for them, the staff should focus on improving their own performance.
I checked Google and it said this place opened at 5am, but I arrived and it was still closed. There were no posted business hours at the location either.
Everything is good but the short height lady working in the morning is so rude and she don’t know how to talk with customers and deal with them. She need to learn proper attitude to talk with customers….
We used to visit this Tim Hortons every day, but there's an elderly woman there who is consistently impolite and doesn't pay proper attention to our orders. When we repeat our orders, she responds rudely. Tim Hortons should prioritize better customer service. As a result, we have made the decision to no longer patronize this particular Tim Hortons. Terrible experience!
