Baskin Robbins - Oakville

I like this Baskin Robbins! It's a small one, so there isn't any seating. Everything is grab and go. They have the full range of ice creams and cakes. They also have take-home sundaes here! I think this is a new product. They had signage that showed you exactly what was in the sundae and how it was layered down. I bought one to eat at home later. It's actually fine in the freezer and you don't have to eat it all in one sitting as it keeps fine. I was surprised that the chocolate sauce was still soft and not frozen solid. Not cheap, definitely more expensive than a similar sized Haagen Daaz ice cream at the grocery store, but way tastier!

2nd time here this month. March 21, 2023 around 7:40pm: Got the tub of mint chocolate chip both visits. Excellent customer service both visits.

The Store, Icecream, is Good. The service is always inefficient, slow. Always have to que even when one is buying wanting to pay prepacks. Surely they can relook into their POS checkout process.

The staff was amazing. So cheerful and explained the difference between each product. Tastes good ?.

Ice creams are good as usual . However they never seem to have covers for the single scoop cups for takeaway. Baskin robbins need to look into this.
