Baskin-robbins - Oakville

I visited this store for the first time, and it will likely be my last. I had a disappointing experience with an employee. When I requested a sample, the girl informed me that it wasn’t allowed. I suggested that we could step outside to try it and then return, and while she hesitated, she eventually agreed. After that, I ordered two single scoops of ice cream, but she handed me one cone with both scoops instead. I also noticed that she was handling the cones barehanded, without any gloves. It was surprising that she was concerned about COVID-19 when it came to samples, but didn’t wear gloves while serving. The owners really need to either train their staff properly or find employees who are more focused on customer service, as the attitude and rudeness towards customers is unacceptable.

The food here is better than at any other location, possibly due to their wonderful hospitality. We placed our order just 10 minutes before closing, yet both staff members were so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning!

You can't go wrong at 31 Flavours. Just give me a Jamocha Almond Fudge, and that's all I need. The kids also loved their usual favorites: Cotton Candy and Mint Chocolate Chip.

I had such an amazing experience here. the employees were so incredibly helpful since it was my first time there. and the ice cream was insanely good and affordable! definitely will be back!

Nice place I highly recommend Kelsie and Sash are amazing, and friendly we feel welcomed by them. This was our first time and probably not the last.
