Fifties Diner Oakville

Took almost an hour to get our meals and there was only a couple of people in the restaurant- so not sure why everything took so long. Staff don’t really care and everything is pretty much a burden to them. I’d go somewhere where eggs and toast don’t take an hour to prepare. Terrible!

Waited 15 min to order, then 30 min for food to arrive. Omelet was tiny and tasteless, overwhelmed by home fries.Kid-friendliness: Staff were very nice to my 3 year old granddaughter.

First time here. There is plenty of free parking outside, nice greeting, lovely 50s decor, super friendly staff, lots of options on the menu and good value. Only downside was we found the pancakes dry and left half of them otherwise it would be at least 4 stars. We'll come

Had a really good breakfast, huge portion and nicely presented. The pancakes were not as fluffy as I like and were dry. However the staff are super friendly and efficient.

Came for a bite to eat here and there was a handful of people. Its took forever for the staff to take our drink order. Then we order food and wait for 45 minutes as we watch food for take out be served over and over. Asked staff for and ETA of our order and it took 15 min for the waitress to inquire. Don't waste your time or money here. Poor service, owner is rude.
