Freshii - Oakville

Good portion sizes, clean restaurant and friendly staff. I recently made an order by the app that did not go through my end, but the restaurant received my order and I was charged for it. both the Freshii customer service and the manager of this shop were quick to react and offered me several options for the refund. I was happy to see that a gift card balance appears in my app. it is obvious that freshii (and this place especially) really care to keep their customers happy. another thing to note: some franchises unfortunatley skimp on the ingredients, but this has especially well-trained staff that give the right portions. as a vegan I also appreciate the ability to adapt the bowls to my lust. a word of warning for vegan: the beet has honey and the green curry has milk. independent of their nutritional preferences, this is a great place for healthy, filling eating.

Today I went to this place to eat lunch with an employee. My first bad impression was when I told HI to the cashier, he was so disastrous that my mood changed immediately. It looked like him. It wants to work there. Is that my fault??? Secondly, I ordered a Cobb salad and he told me they don't have Romain. How could you have salad in a place where all your meals have salad?. The way he communicated, they have no salad was also 0% polite. I like Freshii very much, but this employee felt so bad that I left the place without buying anything. I was at 12:30 today.

Update: Tried again with extra sauce and it was absolutely delicious (nearly I will ask for more sauce). Customer service was good. Wife finally agrees this place. The food was too dry.

Nice and clean, quick service and a friendly staff. I have Buddha's Satay in a bowl, for protein I add chicken. This bowl was quite large and filled. If you want to eat health, you have to eat here!

This location went above and beyond my expectations ? We ordered one bowl through Skip the Dishes and we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary energy bites a ginger lemonade Kombucha in the bag too! It was a thoughtful touch as we have been going through a stressful situation at home, this brightened our day a little bit. The food itself was great, excellent portion sizes, very tasty, and perfect amount of dressing.
