Mcdonald Restaurant - Oakville

The service from the waitress was excellent and friendly, she was pretty cool. However, her friend Trisha was very rude. LOL.

The drive-thru was quick and efficient with no issues. The staff was friendly and the food was served hot. Surprisingly, it was not crowded for breakfast.

This restaurant is located in a busy area in Poland, across the street from the train station. I visited this location to purchase a gift card and while waiting for it to be processed, I asked a few employees some basic questions about this well-known international food chain. Unfortunately, both the front desk worker and the manager answered my questions incorrectly, despite claiming to have received appropriate training. They were friendly, but it was clear they were not knowledgeable about the chain. Overall, my experience was positive, but the service was typical of an average McDonald's.

I've been through the drive-thru for a year for my X-Lrg earl grey tea faithfully. kim and the rest of the crew know me now and my tee is ordered and ready as soon as I say good morning. last week, I was told that I should drive safely and work safely. that made me the day. thanks for her smiling tomorrow. By the way, the same cup tee here at mcdonald’s 40 cent is less expensive than tim hortons on the road.

This restaurant is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, the service is poor, the mens washroom is terrible, fruit flies at the ketchup dispenser (always) and quite often the food has been sitting around for too long. Overall, this McDonalds deserves a rating...of 1 out of 10
