Mcdonald's - Oakville

Came in for a mc chicken combo.I recived old fries old chicken.Then they gave me attitude when I respectfully showed them what they gave me.They didnt apologize they asked me what I had when clearly showed them it was a mc chicken combo then...Took them over 10 min to get my order once my order came up they slammed it back on counter.Why I 'm not sure.I dont understand why it 's my fault.Not only that but when u finally sit down to eat the workers are eating curry in the resturant and obviously the smell is everywhere.Like what is going on.

This place is terrible, the worst staff I have ever seen specialy the supervisor they, wasting the customers time, specialy the supervisor as she was taking care of her friend's daughter and creating special meals for her and keeping the line, no one took my order, staff was playing and making chats together and wasting my

Will update my score when they fix the play place. It's the whole reason I favor this location. They do have remarkable service even when busy.

As the name indicates, the Macdonalds are the best places in the entire world for a quick bite. We stopover at this location on the way to Hamilton and the food is good, atmosphere is quiet, the place is quiter as well due to the morning time. Appreciate it.

Staff at night working drive through are clueless asked for 2 grande Big Macs with large fries and root beer they gave me 2 regular Big Macs fruitopia and my large fries were had empty what a joke. I guess good help is hard to find these days.Train people better before you let them work on their own, person instead of giving me the drinks I ordered is arguing that I ordered fruittopia garbage drink when I wanted my root beer… McDonald’s teach these people some customer service for crying out loud.
