It is a great place to grab a fresh and tasty Italian dish that you can just stick in the oven at home. East Peasy.

Aside from the fact that the food is always absolutely delicious, I wanted to give a shout out to Anthony who went out of his way to help us with a late order even though they were really busy. We are very grateful and highly commend Palma Pasta for both their great food and their customer care.

We are frequent customers at Plama. Today, my wife said you are driving past Palma thier website says 20% off online orders (Cyber whatever seemed ironic to me) we need some lasagna . Online I go; and go; and go. Got no where. So I called; left a message would be there in 20 min to get the lasagna. Arrived, told them my experience the reply; no discount only online orders ?? besides I would have to wait until tomorrow to get it anyway. I ordered one and took it home. For me, a bizzare bsiness model for an over the counter business. But what do I know?

Terrible customer service staff. I have been coming here for about 4 years and not once have I had a friendly, pleasant experience. They have no patience, always rushing you and never kind esp. the supervisor. They also don't honour pricing when they make a mistake on their shelves. Luckily their food is excellent.

Love this place! The meat Ravioli is amazing! I drove to this location from Guelph to get this pasta! Will return again!
