Souvlaki Hut - Oakville

Second time at this place. Still a good place to eat. Service with a smile, portions are adequate<br/ <br/ <br/ 31 Mar, 2015 <br/ <br/ Service was good. Food is good. Place was clean but smelt a little like onions which is expected. I would eat here again. Big portions and server gave me free Greek desert.

I have been eating at this location for years (since the AMC complex went up) and never have I had: an incorrect order, bad service, a long wait, or a problem with prices. Yes Souvlaki Hut can be a little pricey for a meal but you get EVERY penny back in the quality and taste of the food. My personal favourite is the souvlaki gyro (it's served like an over stuffed burrito) and have been back many times to enjoy other items from the menu. For those urbanspoon followers who are open and willing to try new foods and experience a taste of different cultures dine at Souvlaki Hut!

This is one of my favourite lunch locations in this area. It simply serves Greek food and I get the Chicken Souvlaki Dinner which includes a salad, pita, rice, potatoes and tzatzki sauce. Such simple ingredients, yet they taste so good. Decent portion here too for the price and the best part is the included dessert. Basically hardened pita (must be leftovers, which is a good use) soaked in honey and cinnamon. Another simple recipe that tastes really really good. I always leaved stuffed and satisfied.

I really love this place. food is so delicious!!! my favourite dish is the chicken souvlaki meal and i order from them quite often. i don't understand the negative reviews because i always get good portions of food from them. thank you for being so awesome!! highly recommended

Raised their prices AGAIN! For one simple chicken souvlaki meal it's now almost $25 ! We won't be going here anymore.
