Sunnyside Grill - Oakville

Visited on a sunday noonish - prime time...Long wait, as most table were arranged in groups of 6...so several groups of 2 took up unused seats...they could have used their heads a bit and figured out that they could have made a few tables of 4 and 2.... bacon on steps leading to washrooms was a real treat for my kid...she was thrilled for some reason lol....server was good, attentive...food average....coffee average....Pancakes looked good, but I did not try so will not assume.

Went to breakfast with my Uncle and had a great meal. Breakfast is all day and they'll make the eggs any way you like them. I had two poached eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries and really good rye toast. The food was excellent and the coffee was always being topped up. Would go back anytime.

Nice location in downtown Oakville. Friendly efficient service, the food was quite good, portions were perfect. My only caution is with parking in Oakville. If you go on a Saturday, make sure you feed the meters. We saw 3 cars right outside the restaurant with parking tickets.

We often go to this place for breakfast or lunch. They have a straightforward menu with lots of options to customize the meal. We especially like the club sandwich.

Weekend fun for sure. Who doesn't like a little lineup for a decent breakfast? Everything is cooked nice and good time had by all.
