Sunrise Caribbean - Oakville

The best Sunrise in Ontario. The Jerk, BBQ, and fried chicken is very good and the rice is not over cooked. Possibly the best Sunrise franchise never a miss here!

Ordered from here tonight from Uber eats. Oxtail dinner was terrible! The gravy tasted like some sort of sweet sauce no flavours just meat in sweet sauce. Couldn’t even continue to eat. We also ordered a jerk chicken meal. My partner stated he enjoyed it (can’t comment as i did not try at all). The only good thing i can say is it was nice and piping hot when it arrived.

Ordered from Uber eats so I cannot attest to the service nor atmosphere.. HOWEVERRRR the food was utterly disgusting. I mean inedible ? They put sugar in the oxtail. The dumplin in the red peas soup mash wey inna yu mout like mush. No flavour. The fry bake tuff like rock stone.

I normally don't make reviews but I had to comment because Sunrise Caribbean's food is delicious! I initially ordered from this restaurant because I've been looking for a place to satisfy my craving for festivals, and there aren't many places that sell them off their menu. I ordered BBQ chicken and picked the chicken stew gravy to try. It blew me away! I often eat at cozy to fine-dining restaurants in Toronto every weekend, but Sunrise Caribbean's BBQ chicken was one of the best things I've had in a while. Their portion and value for the price that you pay are worth it, and on top of it all, absolutely delicious! I can't say anything more aside from please check them out. I can't wait to order from them again!
