Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We don't frequent this restaurant often, and this may be the reason why. There were long delays between seating us and bringing water to our table. The waitress even acknowledged the slow service. The food we ordered was quite good, although my wife received white meat instead of dark chicken. Additionally, we were surprised when the pumpkin pie arrived frozen at our table. Despite these issues, we chose not to send it back and wait for a replacement. I do not fault the waitress for these mishaps; rather, the kitchen should have double-checked the order. Given that it was the first night of a special event, perhaps the restaurant should have been better staffed.

We went to this restaurant for dinner on Tuesday and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Magda, was extremely friendly and welcoming. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the great atmosphere while enjoying our dinner and drinks. We also ordered food to take away and Magda made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a fantastic evening, we will definitely be returning!

I went to dinner at this restaurant on Wednesday evening and was served by a fantastic waitress named Kris. She suggested the Thanksgiving special, which I decided to order, and it was absolutely delicious! The stuffing and pumpkin pie were particularly notable, and I would definitely come back for them again. I also hope to have Kris as my server again in the future, as she was very attentive, efficient, and engaging in conversation. The food was great, the service was great, and the overall experience was great—highly recommend this place!

I order quarter chicken from drive through ! When I get home and I opened the package I notice they gave me chicken wrap !!I try to contact store for 5 minutes but nobody pick up the phone . I was too tired and frustrated to drive back to store .Not only I didn’t get my order also paid extra !!Very disappointing! (Saturday 23th 2 pm

Always love coming here! Even when the dining room is super busy Nora still made times to check in with us; we were served promptly and with a smile! I’m going to request to be in her section from now on :
