We enjoyed the entire experience and will visit again. Just wish you still had calamari on the menu.
Despite making a reservation for a birthday, we were neglected. Our reservation wasn't even in the system despite making one with OpenTable which was the site we were directed to when making a reservation from the 3 Brewers site. After we were sat, we were blatantly ignored by the servers in the area. I say blatantly as multiple tables who sat after us in the same section were served drinks AND food before we could even get one server to take our order. We kept trying to flag one down as they walked by but they kept fast walking and most of them didn't bother to even look in our direction. One of them did look at us as we waved but he kept walking past us. The restaurant was maybe half full and we saw quite a few servers in our section alone so being understaffed was not the issue. A member of our party of only 3 people had to quite literally stand up, wave and directly cut off one of them to get someone to take our order after 32 minutes (yes we counted). They were out of the fried fish which was fine seeing as the friend I split my meal with also got sick with me. We immediately asked for the bill with our meals and the bills were done incorrectly as two of us were charged for pitchers when we only got a glass each. Two of us at the table have worked service before, one of them at a 3 Brewers and we have never had such awful service before. If you value your money, time or health stay away.
Food was okay. Burgers weren't as good as they looked. Our waitress was not very attentive to us and we sat for over 20 mins with empty plates on our table. It wasn't that busy to have that level of service. We wouldn't come back.
The beer wasn’t very good but the burger was quite good. The service was slow.
