The Girl at 6:55 am on March 14, 2024 was very rude. I put in my order and when she gave me my muffin I explained I asked for a muffin heated with butter (nicely) she grabbed it rolled her eyes and told me to move my car to the side and they will bring it out. There was noone behind me so I asked her why there is noone behind me and how long does it take to put butter and heat for 10 seconds, and again noones behind me. She was so rude. My son did not eat his food because he was in shock and did not trust her anymore. I had to go thru another Tims to get him food. This was not the first time I had problems at this Tims. This girl should not be working in customer service.

It’s been 4-5 days straight for me asking them to get herb and garlic pastry heated but not even once it was heated. I don’t know which language I should speak to make them understand what heated means. Pathetic service. Please train your staff. Thank you

Here I am again, giving this place a chance because of the convenience. Ordered two large regular coffees and they both came out like triple triples. No writing on top to verify. So much sugar and cream I can't take more than 2 sips before having to throw it out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
