Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill - Oakville

We eat here regularly for the more upscale ambiance. The wait staff are courteous and knowledgeable. The majority of the time the service is excellent and fast. Occasionally they can get overwhelmed with customers and there may be a slightly longer wait. The food is always served hot and we like the way they vary some of the menu items every 3-4 months.

My wife and had lunch and both ordered cheeseburgers and the waited and waited with no service people around - most were visiting with each other - finally got one servers attention - then some guy, maybe the manager finally brought out our food. He then came back by in a few minutes and asked was the wait worth it- we did not respond - The answer is No your cheeseburgers are good but not 30 minutes good! Have been here before and this was the worst visit and maybe the last!

Was visiting a friend in Oakville, we tried this restaurant and although the food was good, it was really pricey. We shared the calamari which was quite good, I had the fish and chips that was average and my friend had the hell of a burger and fries and she felt they too were not the best she had had. I doubt that we will be back.

Not only does Turtle Jack's always impress you can collect points - they add up quickly! Also coupons/vouchers for $10 - best nachos ever. The new salmon from the east coast is divine. Oakville location very handy - stop by for lunch while in the neighbourhood.

We have been several times and we just love the food we order so much...it is our go to restaurant and the servers are so friendly and pleasant
