Beckham's B M B Que Oakwood Village

This is the second time and second location that I tried they’re over cooked sausage patty sized burgers, only tried again cause the cashier assured me this particular location was different even after I explained how horrible the burger was from the other location explained the size and how it was overcooked it’s the exact same burger. French fries were old and cold. What you get is nothing like advertised on the special burger menu. Also they’re charging $14.99I didn’t even waste my time by calling them with a complaint this is definitely a shame on me for even trying it again. Then 6 month's later they respond with thanks for coming in????????? That's insane.

They need help on a Friday night. One person doing all call and no one for people placing orders inside. 45 minutes to an hour wait.
