Dunkin' Donuts - Oakwood

The person taking orders at the drive-thru sounded like he was really enjoying his job! It made me smile. I truly appreciated his upbeat attitude, especially since I was in a hurry.

I received stale donuts because I used a coupon. They also made a mistake with my order and did not resolve it. To top it off, they brought the boxes out to my car instead of handing them to me properly.

We didn't receive the dishes we ordered, and when we brought this to the attention of the staff, the response was quite rude and dismissive. We appreciate the attitude; we'll think twice before returning next time.

Although they don't offer a senior coffee, service was excellent

No glazed donuts.......really? Someone didn't wake the guy to make the donuts? Sadly ran business.
