Kfc - Oakwood

The food was excellent, and the service was impressively quick, even with just a small staff. Despite the long line wrapping around the building, the team managed everything smoothly. I truly appreciate their hard work, especially as I watched them serve other tables. The staff were incredibly friendly! Thank you all, and may God bless you! ~A grateful customer

The service was good. However, I did notice that employees should probably remain neutral regarding their personal feelings towards different races while at work.

I’m so glad we visited Rainy Tues. (4/5/22). The customer service provided by Alice was outstanding; she offered great information about the menu and was very friendly and efficient, even while working both the front counter and drive-thru. Ms. G also did a fantastic job managing orders and delivering them to the front counter—excellent customer service and very pleasant! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I really enjoyed my meal there. Thank you, Oakwood KFC! I can’t wait to come back. Keep up the awesome work!

They always serve hot fresh food. Staff is friendly and fast. Highly recommend for your KFC.

Guy who took my order straight up yelled in the mic when I asked him to repeat his previous statement. Food was pretty fresh though.
