Okay, this pizza hat deserves much better a review. Most of him people rate this are Middle Ages/Old, who, when one thing goes wrong, get them in a flip. There is an evaluation here where she orders and complains on Christmas Eve??? How quiet, the work on Christmas Eve is difficult enough. The only thing I have to complain about this restaurant is that they sometimes forget the sauces. It's harder, but it's understandable. Nobody's perfect. So please, if you order from here, make sure that your order is correct. You? re very nice when it comes to replacing confused orders / you forget your sauces. You serve good pizza for a really good price, and that?s all you need to know
You don't know how to talk to a customer who has a problem. The manager gets extremely defensive and owes me to the customer. I was treated badly. He was a good guy and the delivery driver was amazing! Point is, don't talk to the customer!! I came to you to get away from Dominos and the Ruck that was amazing when I first called, turned into a complete ahole when he gets criticism. I asked for two orders from casual wings and got one and asked. He got mad at me and I even said it wasn't a big deal and he was still defensive and extremely rude. I don't order here again.
The pizza was terrible. In the net offer of 7.99 for large ordered with paprika and mushrooms. Some pieces had not even cheese (3). Small mushroom pieces here and there. One or half a piece per piece of Peperoni. Someone was generous and gave them 2 stars. New building same old pizza.
I ordered 3 pizzas and wings online on Christmas Eve for pick up. Because, they had just opened a new ?Carrie Out/Delivery? location in my area I called them to make sure which location I needed to go to in order to pick up the pizza and they told me the new location. I get to the new location and they can?t find my order so they sent me to the restaurant. So, I drove to the restaurant and waited to get my pizza. The wings were not on the order and when the girl showed me the pizzas one of them was was wrong. At this point I am very frustrated with this entire situation. The girl said I wait 30 minutes and they can make another one. I said no!! I need to get home, but I need all of the pizzas I ordered to feed my family. She told me to take the pizzas and she would credit me back for the pizza that was incorrect and gave me the 5 piece buffalo wings that didn?t even show up on my order. I asked her to reverse the money to my card and give me a new receipt and she said she couldn?t, because it was online order. She said she would show as the pizza not picked up and it would credit back to my card. This never happened! I called this afternoon to speak with the manager about it, but was told she was on the phone and had to cut pizza and would call me back. I never received a call from the manager. I called later in the evening to speak with a manger only to get a rude ?supervisor? on the phone. I asked for her manager and he informed me he is not at my local branch, but was forwarded to a type of overflow call center. He could not help me, because he had no information. I am so beyond frustrated!!! He said he would email the branch manager and she would get in touch with me. This is terrible service all the way around! I will not be ordering for Pizza Hut again!
