Max's Diner - Oamaru

Great little caffe. the name has now changed to Max’s diner. wonderfully cooked complete breakfast. in any case on our stop after listing.

A beautiful, clean, well presented diner. barista style coffees that were well made. what a surprise! I ordered the special $10 cheeseburger, chips and cold dose drink. I asked if I exchanged the dose for a latte, and it was easy done unfortunately I couldn't finish the burger and chips. the plate was full of chips and the burger was huge! definitiw more than $10 worth! the service is well over excellent to check with the owner whether I was satisfied with my meal. absolutely recommend this diner and simply to eat one of the top varieties in oamaru. you will regret it!

What a brilliant diner. very clean and tidy. the staff is absolutely amazing, nothing is a problem for them. we drove 1100km here, and we are looking forward to getting back in. we highly recommend this place. they are for a tasty bite.

If they weren't here, I suggest they're fantastic. as I would give them a gold medal. I will be back to try the cheeseburger someone spoke of in one of the other reviews. oh and the staff, where really friendly.

Being a sales Rep I tend to eat at alot of places. I tried this place and wow, really impressed. Great little place very friendly service. I was taken back by the great price and great old fashioned service. The food was wonderfully cooked and well presented. The atmosphere was great and felt very content after my meal. I will certainly return in the coming weeks on my way through Oamaru.
