Find the best aurhentic Tlayudas in Oaxaca! This is a place to go and eat locals and the Todtadas were also fantastic! The small walk from the center!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Authentic, unpredictable, filled with locals. The restaurant is operated by incredibly strong Oaxacan women. I had the best lesson how to sit Quesillo (Oaxacan queso) from a sweet little girl sitting at one of the tables. Never seen that someone cheese with such joy
Well, well worth the move if you check out Jalatlaco. Fantastic bean and Qaxaca cheese Tlayudas, even better made by the red salsa, guacamole salsa, and picked veg. The Gurke agua fresca was also delicious. 1 tlayunda and 1 aqua fresca are much big enough to share for 2 people.
Awesome late night food. Beers were ice cold and the food was in point! 2 beers, a Tlayuda (giant quesadilla) and a tostada for $6 US. Can’t beat it!
