I was the only deaf! the owner was the one who took my order and we were chatting about the place. she said she called it tomate-chocolate to reflect the fact that the tomato and chocolate inherited the two most important foods that the world from mexiko. the menu has a good number of vegetarian options - I had the enchilada with spinat, rice and mushroom with red sauce that was very good. I also had a pina colada like a drink with mezcal, that was in order. the location is very nice and quiet.
Very recommended tomate chocolate! charming and relaxed. beloved eating on the outside terrace. our waiter made our guacamole table page with the additional bonus of chopped fried plantains, which it improved with sweet and texture. beautiful cocktails. we also have some vegetarian options for our daughter. everything is delicious, including some new dishes such as the garnachas istmenas and cochinita pibil. and refreshing to walk away from the lively centro.

Food was excellent and unusual! We do not have many of the dishes before (after seven visits in Oaxaca). A unique guacamole with Plantain. Amazing shrimps! Main dishes also excellent. The service was very slow, but it was the New Year's Day and they were extremely short employees. But waiting was worth it. We're coming back!
