After repeated requests, it was finally served at 8:45. The gallets were disappointing (I come from Brittany where I ran a restaurant). The filling was rich, but the galettes themselves tasted like white flour crepes, and also looked like that. Of buckwheat flour, the main ingredient for galettes, was nothing to feel (wheat flour is more expensive than white flour, and gallets are not crepes. In about comparable to white bread to rye bread). The famous Cidre, which is traditionally served at the Galettes, was presented only expensively in small glasses. No way to get a bottle! This makes the price enormous. The quiche was very small, not larger than a small piece of apple cake. Too expensive. Very good was the salad that was given. Fresh and made with a delicious salad sauce. Unfortunately, we were finally still writing drinks on the bill we had ordered, but had never received. A Willi that we were told could not save the evening.
