Barbara Kronner Konditorei & Kaffeehaus

Had tea and cake here after a long walk over the mountains. Great selection of cakes, many quite different to the usual apple strudel and cheesecake served everywhere. Lots of cake to choose from, plus a selection of chocolate bars and a small cafe area at the front. Lovely!

This town is a like fairy tale with beautiful buildings with murals grin children's classics. This coffee house was on the Main Street and was very inviting. We sat inside and the owner, Barbara Kronner, came by to take our orders and chatted with me about her cakes. Coffee was excellent so was my chocolate torte. There are tables outside for warmer days.

YUM! Eye-wateringly delicious assortment of cakes, slices and biscuits...chocolate as far as the eye can see!!Great little pit-stop after sightseeing and wandering about this picturesque little village!We were there at Christmas time, and unlike most other German restaurants, pubs, cafes etc, this place was not OVERHEATED!!Great coffee, delicious cakes and all at a reasonable price!Treat yourself!

If you like chocolate in all its forms, then this is the place for you. Good cakes, excellent coffee and with a few seats outside too.
