Restaurant + Kiosk Nufenenpasshohe

We just take a coffee in the relay on the Nufenenpass. Looks really old and just clean. For a tourist place it is a bad example.

What a great ride and a lot to walk Possiblities with fabulous polenta for lunch. We will stop at the restaurant again and can also recommend it for families. Spectacular view, friendly service, very clean and good food at decent prices.

Today for lunch on the way back from Ticino. The restaurant has a basic menu (soup, chips, sausages etc.), but is clean, functional and really everything you need for a street parking place. The views are spectacular and it is a great place to sit, recover (if you need), from the ride up and ready for your current trip.

Amazing location at the top of the Nufenenpass. Great opportunity to recharge your body for a big walk. Many parking spaces and magnificent views of the mountains.

On the way to Jungfrau region we decided to drive the pass rather than take the tunnel/train option. In sept it was empty we practically had the road to ourself. The stop at the top was excellent to take a break and soak up the scenery, grab a drink and something to eat. With the lakes and snow capped mountains it really is postcard material.
