Dear Heike, dear Sven, dear chimney team, I would like to thank you (at least once public) for the many pleasant visits in recent years and take advantage of the waiting time at the hotel for the summer party. For me, the menu is always like a symphony I hear for the first time. A new composition from the best (wide regional products), perfectly implemented by hand. Creativity that does not get into unnecessary details, but also brings new experiences for the often nourishing guest. In the course of the menu there are more powerful and more restrictive passages, loud and quiet noises and other instruments or instruments products are in focus. A basic line guides you through the menus, which, however, are interpreted and arranged repeatedly in the interplay of aromas, textures, cooking points and product combinations. It never gets boring! The wine tasting, combined with a lot of know-how and passion, underlines and accompanies everything and makes the culinary experience perfect. Your personal and warm service completes the visit and makes it a special experience every time. Thank you again and again!!

Located in a half-timbered house, a little hidden, the guest here in a rustic atmosphere awaits an excellent and very modern gourmet cuisine. The owners are super friendly, we felt very comfortable and have spent several nice evenings here. The menus are tastefully distinguished and finely matched. We always like to be surprised by the kitchen and guided by the map, also due to allergies and intolerances. Unfortunately, due to the Corona pandemic we had to cancel our wedding celebration planned in June, which we still regret very much.
