Restaurant zur alten Post - Oberhof

Nice little place in the center. There are German and Bulgarian cuisine. Didn't have a great hunger, and that's why Steak ordered us on toast with mushroom sauce. This has tasted very delicious

We had chosen the restaurant "to the old post" because of the very good reviews and to take it forward: even we (4 people) were absolutely enthusiastic. the chefin was super attentive, fast and very warm. the food was freshly prepared, was absolutely delicious and plentiful; even our hungry men have become tired after the long walk and that wants to be something! we were very satisfied and can recommend the old post unrestricted. even at the cost there was nothing to mecker – ratio price / performance is absolutely right! in the januar we will be back in oberhof and look forward to eating delicious and cozy ambiente. probably we will eat the menu up and down :-). I don't think there's a better recommendation...

No modern tourism-like restaurant as on the other side of the bridge, but a gas house that scores less with ambiente than with delicious, rich eating and friendly service.

We came without reservation with 7 people and were warmly welcomed immediately. the food came from among others for the children immediately on the table, we got the most tasty Bulgarian food and ate until we could no longer. the cook even came by personally and asked for the food. everything in everything, highly recommended! the foods were freshly prepared, tasted very delicious and were favorable.
