Starbucks Sm Lanang Davao City - Obrero

Because it is an open lay-out store and visible to all sides of SM Lanang floors, the place is less cozy, warm, and inviting than most Starbucks branches. And since this branch is standing on poles, the place is a bit shaky. The glass ceiling of SM also adds to the warmth making this place too bright and hot. This place nicer in the evening.

Worst service ever for a starbucks shop branch. Staff is so horrible and not approachable. Especially a name Marvin, worst staff ever, get angry about me for my late order that takes 30 mins for a one grande ice macchiato.

The Starbucks is placed in the middle of the SM mall. Very busy around 14 so long waiting time. The area is a bit too hot. Probably because it is situated so high inside the mall. We ordered coffee latte (hot and cold , cinnamon bun (heavenly god and a glacéd donut. The coffee was a bit stronger than other places in the world. I liked it, but iff you prefer the milder latte, this is not the one too choose.

Nothing special but the view as it is located on the veranda overlooking the mall area. Service is a bit slow as they have limited staff probably because of the small working place behind the counter. But all we're courteous especially when they apologize for a slight delay in serving orders.

It's a Starbucks. Same like any other in the world. Except: no brewed coffee... No joke! And brewery slow. I only ordered ready to take out glad bread and a ice tea... Waiting for it more than 10 minutes. Too long for a short break. Better coffee shops at the mall. Update: They did not call my name... or i was to deaf to hear it. I was only 3 mtrs from the counter away. So if you wait for your order: Take sometimes a look at the counter!
