First off whenever we go to Burger King It's usually the one on 441 301 I never have had a problem at that one. With that said, today we went to the one on Silver Springs Boulevard near Walmart. Absolutely the craziest BK Experience I've ever had in my entire life. When we first walked in I didn't see anybody and stood there for a minute or two and I want to walk to the other end to see if maybe I could let somebody know we were in there thinking maybe they just didn't hear someone come in. I saw one girl at the window working and when I said hello I still didn't hear anybody and there was an older gentleman standing behind me waiting for his food. Will he jokingly went up to the counter and smacked it three times I said that's how you get their attention and laughed a little and I jokingly said oh I didn't know that's how it was done. Well in the next second the girl at the window came over so mad and saying we'd better stop banging on the counter and nobody banged on the counter that man smacked it three times and I said to her we were just kidding we didn't mean anything by it that's when the guy who was in the back came out so mad and started chastising us I'm telling us they don't stand for that in there and I said we weren't serious it was just kidding around and he said we don't kid around in here that's not how it's done. And then three times he said see it from my point of view and by the third time I said Mr I could never see it from your point of view because I wouldn't want to not have a sense of humor whatsoever. I tried to explain to him it was nothing against the people there and then he kept telling me and the girl did too you can see there was only two of us in here. No actually I could not, when I walked in and stood at the counter I could see nobody at all that's why I walked down to the end. The fact the people who work there were so nasty and chastising for no reason whatsoever except a man tapping on the counter three times and even after being told oh we didn't mean anything by it was just a joke continue to berate us. Are you serious? Is that how you treat customers? And we were not bad customers. I always am polite to people waiting on me and I always have been. This was so uncalled for. I found that this person was a nighttime manager even though this was in the day after I walked up there to get ketchup for my cold french fries because he had offered someone who came in after me ketchup for their order but made sure he wouldn't offer it to me. Both him, Sean and the young girl working there whose name I didn't get should really like their job more or just go get a different one. I have never come down on the workers like this, but then again I've never went out to a fast food restaurant and was treated like that and chastised for no reason whatsoever. THEY'RE VERY DISRESPECTFUL, THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE THE MANAGER THAT WORKS THE NIGHT SHIFT THERE AT ALL. They we're rushing me as i'm asking to take certain things off my order requesting if I wanted a medium or large. They need help. the workers are overwhelmed and cannot do good work. burgers the rest on the paper and outside the bungalows.
