Dunkin' - Ocala

I was not greeted when I arrived, and I had to wait a minute, even though I was the first and only customer there. The lady who took my order didn't seem to understand what an ice latte is. I ended up having to go through the drive-thru with no other cars around. I waited for 7 minutes for my order of 3 ice creams, only to find out that what I received was just milk with a splash of coffee.

I didn't catch their names, but the two young ladies who assisted me around 4:30 PM were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to take my order. It had been a tough day, and their simple, warm interaction really made a difference for me, lifting my spirits for the rest of the day. Thank you both for bringing smiles to your work!

Dunkin' was decent and efficient. The staff member who served us didn’t appear very happy, but he was polite and made a great frozen coffee!

Many thanks for a wonderful experience of the coffee was just the way I love it, great atmosphere visit it when they can.

The two ladies working today were so unprofessional and rude. especially the younger caucasian lady. She was literally yelling at the guy at the drive thru window because he added to my order while I was at the window. I told her that it wasn't that serious and she just ignored me and continued yelling at the dude. I will never go there again. I decided to go there instead of Burger King because they had awful reviews, they couldn't be worse than this Dunkin Doughnuts. To the young man at the window, thank you for staying very professional.
