Little Joey's Pizza Italian - Ocala

We have consistently loved our visits to Little Joey's. Every item on the menu is top-notch!

The sauce on the veal parmigiana was the best. The staff here is friendly. Better than most restaurants in Little Italy.

The second incident occurred last week with just the two of us. We requested a booth, as there were four available, but the young man told us they weren’t an option and seated us at a table meant for six. When we questioned this, we were informed it depended on the waitstaff. Strangely enough, while we were there, the host continued to seat everyone else who arrived after us at the booths. This experience has been frustrating, and we’ve decided to take our business elsewhere.

The advertised pizza claims to come from a brick oven, but that's misleading. This is not a true brick oven pizza; it's a case of false advertising. Someone needs to learn the difference.

Lasagne Bolognese wasn’t correctly made and wasn’t good either. It gets fresh spinach pasta with bolognese sauce and a creamy bechamel sauce. They need a real Italian chef or a chef schooled in proper Italian cuisine.
