Mcdonald's - Ocala

Someone saw him go out of mcdonalds, with a shaker about 1 minute before they told me that their machine was down. this specific mcdonald’s rarely has a functional shaker machine, let alone getting their order right.

We wanted to go through the road, but it was wrapped around the building. waiting inside was worse. I guess that's what happens when nobody wants to work.

So I show up an hour before closing. What do you see? Multiple pre-poured drinks on the counter. Only one car behind me. Fresh drinks? Think not. Can't get a shake at this time either. More concerned about going home an hour before closing....

My hot coffee was cold 1st time, I asked for hot coffee , they happily agreed to change it for another coffee which was again cold . I think they are only interested in earning money, quality is not imp for this one.

Best McDonald's we have had in a very long time. Food was hot and tasted fresh. Fries were perfectly done, soda wasn't flat.
