Red Crab Juicy Seafood - Ocala

I did not receive the correct order, and the waitress hurried off to speak with the manager or owner. Unfortunately, the outcome was disappointing; we received no response from the manager or owner. When we went to the counter to pay, the same gentleman simply took my bill and payment without saying a word—no apology, no inquiry about how our food was, nothing at all. It felt like he just wanted to take my money and usher me out the door. To top it off, the food was surprisingly tasteless.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a half-pound of snow crab and received the smallest cluster imaginable. The clam chowder and boiled eggs were also very disappointing. I placed my order through Uber Eats, and there weren't any utensils included in the bag. The person who answered the phone lacked customer service skills. I ended up spending over $50 for a dreadful meal and experience. They really need to improve.

Super Good food great service our waitress was awesome and the food was nice and seasoned, hot and fresh food.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love it.Parking: Super underrated great food service I will definitely go back very soon.

My wife and I eat here on a regular basis and we have never had any issues with the food as it is always really good, They seem to be having a problem with the servers , I have never seen the same one twice and our server last week was not very attentive to taken care of us. we didn't receive all of the tools needed (shell crackers , cocktail forks and had to wait for ever to get our check paid. The music that was being played was terrible , they were playing some type of Urban music and really distracts from the nice atmosphere there . Needless to say our dinner wasn't asenjoyable as it was in past visits.

Absolutely amazing !!!! Also, price is definitely reasonable!!!! Kid friendly great quality! We will definitely be returning!!!
