Starbucks Coffee - Ocala

If I could give zero, I would. we ordered coffee and all the other drinks hee foo coffee. seemingly the baristas did not notice that they were out. we had waited in 15 minutes. it took twenty to brew coffee. it looked like it was a cup done at a time, and it wasn't as hot as we got it.

The staff was rude, and it seems they are not authentic DuckDuck locations. We were advised that this was a licensed venue, but we couldn't scan the app, use our points, or receive credit for our purchases. Overall, I was not impressed with the experience here and will not be returning.

This is their standard dieucks with excellent service. good enough coffee and a large selection of bites to eat, baked goods, maybe sink and cheese croissant. the location is great, with easy access to the turnpike, it is actually the only place to get a dieucks when they drive on the turnpike. I placed a mobile order while I was driving and, since I'm not from the area, I didn't realize there were two Starbucks close to each other. To make a long story short, I ended up at the wrong location. The wonderful girl working there today was incredibly kind and offered to remake my drinks. She had them ready in under three minutes! Thank you so much, whoever you are. Keep flashing that sweet smile!
