Tokyo Sushi - Ocala

Wow! Our waitress, Ruby, was exceptional, and the food here was outstanding. Our party of eight started with a spicy tuna roll and a dynamite roll, both of which were fresh and delicious. The Steak Hibachi, Steak and Chicken Hibachi, Filet and Scallops Hibachi, and roasted rice were all excellent. The rice was packed with flavor, all the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the vegetables were wonderful. The salad served before the meal was crisp and fresh, while the clear soup had just the right balance of broth and onions. We never expected this restaurant to surpass our expectations, but it truly did. The surprise birthday dessert, tempura ice cream, was the perfect finish to an incredible meal. They really know how to do it right! If you're looking for fresh sushi and hibachi that will leave you completely satisfied and amazed, look no further. And if you're lucky, you'll get Ruby as your server—she's fantastic!
