Wendy's - Ocala

No Wendy's is what it used to be, whether here in Ocala or elsewhere, as we traveled a bit. As soon as a higher quality choice for fast food, this is no longer the case. This situation is not different from the rest, but the food is still quite good about the other choices, you know who they are. The service at this point is below average, our order was incomplete twice, and the frits were cold. We had to reorder a sandwich because the person who took our order did not hear this part. The young lady who sat near us mentioned that they had waited 15 minutes for her order to be prepared, which came up for us shortly after the setting. We have placed our order inside instead of choosing drive-thru, as it was dinner time and no one felt like cooking. Several clean tables were available, which was nice to see. Luckily it was worth the food, apart from cold fries, we enjoyed it. All in all, this visit was fine as most of us have lowered our standards for what we expect for customer service these days.

Don't go here, we waited 45 minutes when we were the 3rd person in the line. No one wore masks, including the manager. We left without refund, we didn't feel safe to eat the food. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

Customer service was great, we had a big order, but half was cold when we got it. I never had a good experience with Wendys, but my husband loves it, so I made 4 stars.

This is the worst Wendy in Ocala and that's the last straw. The order is always wrong. I'm not asking for ice cream, they give me ice cream. I'm asking for unsweetened tea, they give me sweet tea. Last time I ordered a breakfast meal with Drive-Thru and asked to replace the potatoes for a honey butter biscuit. I did this through the app and the in-persons and had no problems so far. She then said that it cannot be done and never has been done. I tried to tell her it worked in the app, but she continued to argue with me about it. She also had no idea what I was talking about when I said app.. I guess she didn't know or just didn't want to be disturbed. I don't have to be argued in the morning, let alone a drive-thru speaker. There are better options nearby. I'll be right next door to McDonald's.

It was great! Hot fries! Fast drive-thru, the employees were kind my whole order was correct! Yes I was very happy satisfied!!
