Lady was nice, place smells like a rotting fruit stand unfortunately.

Before they changed the new app i was collecting points and getting free things every so many points. I went to tropical smoothie cafe everyday. Now they make u use your points for free stuff. So therefore its much harder to get the free smoothie every 55points. I had earned a free supplement every week now i use points just to get it. Hate the new app.

I ordered the three cheese quesadilla, No chicken. It came with chicken anyway. It was overcooked resulting in a tough shell. It was a to go order and I ended up throwing most of it away. I also ordered a strawberry smoothie which was sour. My order total came close to $10 which was a total waste of money. I do not recommend nor will I go back.

Sweet girl brought it out to me best bahama mama in years

Absolutely rude employees. asked them to remake my smoothie because it tasted horrendous and they went talking to eachother and laughing and looking at me. As an employee at another tropical smoothie i am disgusted.
