Now, the talented chef behind that exceptional dish is crafting even more delicious meals at a small stand in Booth’s Corner Farmer’s Market in Boothwyn, PA, which is just a short drive from Wilmington, DE. Don Applebaum's gumbo is still fantastic, and he also offers amazing deep-fried macaroni and cheese topped with a spicy Creole tomato glaze. Make sure to try the po’ boys, particularly the brisket, oyster, and soft shell crab varieties. And don’t forget to save some space for dessert—beignets or bread pudding are both must-tries!
